Custom braided cable คือ cable assembly ที่ผูก material, identification, connector และ inspection เข้าด้วยกัน หากสเปกขาดเพียงจุดเดียว ล็อตที่ดูสวยบนโต๊ะอาจติดตั้งผิดวงจรหรือเสียหายในไซต์งานจริง
เราคุม core color, wire gauge, insulation, OD และ crimp compatibility ในเอกสารเดียวกัน เพื่อให้ production, QC และช่างติดตั้งอ่านสเปกเดียวกัน
สายถักที่ใช้เป็น identification ต้องควบคุมสี, stripe count, coverage, expansion range และ master sample ไม่ใช่เลือก sleeve สีใกล้เคียงจาก stock
เราตรวจตำแหน่งตัวอักษร ความสูงฟอนต์ contrast และการอ่านหลัง rubbing หรือ cleaning ตามสภาพงานจริง โดยเฉพาะงานฝุ่น น้ำมัน และ vibration
เมื่อสายต้องมีหัวต่อฉีดขึ้นรูป เราคุม cable exit, bend radius, adhesion, void, flash และ pull test เพื่อไม่ให้ failure เริ่มที่ท้าย connector

ทีม WIRINGO แยก requirement เป็น material sourcing, braid validation, marking sample และ molded connector review เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเห็นว่าทุกข้อกำหนดตรวจรับได้
